Empowering women and granting them their rights lead towards prosperous economic development. In order to build stronger communities, it is essential to involve women in all facets of life. Women, especially residing in the developing countries strive towards exercising their basic rights. Unless women are girls are unable to fully realize their rights in all spheres of life, human development will not be advanced.

Despite many international agreements affirming their basic rights, women and girls are still more vulnerable group and much more likely to be poor and illiterate. They have usually less access towards better health care facilities, education, property ownership, credit, training and employment.

WEISH-D believes in strengthening the socio-economic conditions of the marginalized group of the society and helps them in realizing their full potential.
